@TheNoddy08 They do, including the internet. On 2/9/2012 the total number of views for this video was 1,337,357. On 2/20 it shows 1,336,614 total views. (On 2/9 it had 13,828 likes and 281 dislikes.)

I noticed the constant downward "adjustments" in total views of Rap News #5 and #6 over a year ago. Others did, too. Who's screwing with the numbers? The U.S. military has a long history of perception-managing Americans. The Smith-Mundt Act is a stage prop they use as cover, like secrecy.
