Hi Dashama. I've been doing your 30 day yoga challenge consistently over the last few months (I've been through it over 3 times!). I try to do several of your "days" every time I do yoga, and I usually do day 8 as a warm up. Unfortunately, something in my elbow has started hurting in plank position. Is there anything I can do to help this pain?

Thank you for doing this! This is my favorite so far, I went the farthest in downward dog I've ever been! It felt great haha.

@asianhomebucket I was wondering the same thing. She is toned everywhere...is it just yoga, or does she also do other exercise?

YAY! Day 8 is a much easier day compared to other days. So excited that I'm going to be able to all of these poses!! :)

Hey Dashama! I love your videos. You are a great teacher. Thank you so much! I have a question for you. Do you get such toned muscles from only practicing yoga, or do you also do running or weight lifting? I would like to know because I am at a good body weight but I don't have any muscle tone. I am also a girl and would like to have a nice body like yours!

=( I'm on day 8 now, and after day 5, my shoulders really started hurting. I never felt like I was straining them or anything. I'm not sure what I should do.

Hi my friend, please be sure to take it slow and listen to what your body is telling you and stop to rest when you need to.. do push yourself when you are just beginning. Namaste
