Here's some vertebral column FYI: 7 cervical bones (c1-c7) 12 thoracic bones (t1-t12) and 5 lumbar bones (l1-l5) are easy to remember as: 7 0' clock for breakfast, 12 0'clock for lunch, and 5 0' clock for dinner.
