How To Make Green Agar-Agar
Place 5 cups of water in a pot, add the packet shown in the video, stir. Place the pot on the stove under high heat, stir constantly, when it comes to a boil add 1 cup of sugar and add food coloring/flavor or pandan flavor (green) .
Let the sugar dissolve. Get 3 cooking sheets ready, after sugar is dissolve remove from heat and pour in the cooking sheet. Let it stand for at least 20 to 30 minutes. It should be harden, cut in long strips.
How To Make Mung Bean
Pour mung bean in pot. clean it then add water as if you are cooking rice. stir constantly. add about 1 cup of sugar. if water is evaporated before the mung bean is cook add more water. when cook remove from heat. Drain water. Place it in a bowl and mash with masher. Add sugar to taste, if needed.

Kidney beans you can add three tablespoon of sugar for one can to make the beans taste sweet...

You can also add red bean or what ever beans you like to give it a twist.

  • @ReckleCupcake It is in the description box... :) but I used one small bag of mung beans and you add sugar to your taste because everyone likes it sweeter and some don't like it as sweettt.... Thanks for watching!!!! Happy Cooking!!! :)

  • @kimhouston1234 I will try my best to describe it but the mung beans look like split-ed up and they are flat they don't have much curves to it. You can also google search mung beans their are many images of mung beans. I hope that helps you.. Thanks for watching!!! Happy Cooking!!! :)
