● 晚安!Lulu的睡前塑身美體操 Step 1. 平躺 雙手張開 雙腿彎曲 Step 2. 右腳往上延展 左手抓住腳趾 接著,將右腳往上延伸,用左手抓住腳趾, 左腳慢慢貼地往下延展。 Step 3. 吐氣 右膝微彎 讓下半身轉向另一邊 Step 4. 臉轉向右邊 維持5~10次呼吸 .作用》a. 可鍛練大腿外側肌肉群 .作用》b. 舒緩腰椎痠疼及下盤水腫 下半身延展動作,不僅可鍛練到大腿外側的肌肉群, 還可以藉由伸展,舒緩坐久坐站後引起的腰椎痠痛, 並且消除下盤水腫的現象。 Step 5. 吸氣 右腳回正;吐氣 放鬆
