Hey ur tut is really good but I've got a problem with the headstand I'm trying my best but my knees just don't seem to leave my arms even when I try lifting my legs they don't lift up Ive been trying to do this since a long time but can't please help me I am at a point where I feel like quitting because I can't head stand so please help!
