It's tough to understand any of this with so many abstract explanations...too many words perhaps? One solution I've learned is to explain the topic first. Then use short statements, or "bullets" to explain your philosophy. A script is almost always necessary for videos.

WTF!!!

Thank you for your reply. I am looking forward to the following video and in the meantime will be working with myself through observation and introspection, that has always been revealing. I am glad to have found your channel. :)

"Experience these things instead of them experiencing you" - pure genius.

you speak about being merely aware rather than defending against. surely the thought of those events alone bring about negativity associated, on even a subconscious level? How do you actually deepen your consciousness to the point where you can experience 'negative' as neutral/positive? It doesnt seem mathematically possible? Is that meditation? I understand the quantum bit of what you're explaining but I don't know how I can program my mind to simply forget when the same events keep reoccuring?

Watch this vid again-the answer is there-put the clues together. Your limited mind is the programming-your made up reality. When you try to forget you are avoiding/denying whatever it is and subtly making it more real. Instead of forgetting experience it fully with awareness at a deeper level of Consciousness. Executioner or teacher?-let it make you strong. How-is in these vids. Understand the bubble diagram-practice the Eye Movement and Breath Meditations (1&2) and watch the new vids. Tom

Thank you! Indeed, there is a lot of repression. The way I initially thought of it was like each person subconsciously choses to repress because of the fear to acknowledge a truth that can apparently damage their egos which they mistakenly confuse as their real selves. After seeing your video, I ask myself which comes first, the creation of the ego, which results in (sustained) repression, or initial repression which results in creating the ego?
All the best!

A profound question as yours can only be answered by yourself. This whole topic is central to entering Sacred Place. I will keep giving clues that will help you answer this question.
See next video for more on this. Remember from #1: The Job has been done.
