@TokyoOER Hey I'm not saying the laws are right, in fact most of them are downright stupid. But the point is the law is there, if we pick and choose when to enforce the law there isn't much of a point in having laws to begin with.

i didn't know people actually got punished for jaywalking... but i guess if you get hit by a car in the process then that is when you get a ticket.

@14Schofield I understand what your saying but still some human judgement like he said is needed, because the driver is at the most fault odds are and what would have happened if this guy wasn't there. It might have been an accident that claimed two lives and ruined the drivers entire life.
