@tubeyoube66 just think about how overplayed, less musical, lower than mediocre hendrix's songs IS. That's a fail to comment Metheny's choice of songs in your way. This album is a pure joy of music for all!

I love the way he plays these song, but why does he like these mediocre song?
The selected songs were a disappointment. Play beatles, cat stevens or even some hendrix. But I just dont want to hear these daggy outdated, overplayed, beatnick, pop songs again.
