@MrJama92 Well thats the tricky part. The door locks are model specific. Possibly a Chiltons or Haynes might tell you which harness to tap into for your specific vehicle. Somewhere under your dash you will need to find for example a 60 pin harness and that means the plug has 60 little holes for wires to be inserted into. Sorry, but thats all I can really tell you.

Hi I just installed this one today using your method with two extra wires which is the white wires that goes to the headlight. it works just fine but then something is not right on mine because the blue led is blinking 24 hours even while I'm driving so how do I fix that? Plus where does the yellow wire goes I mean is that needed? By the way I'm driving a 07 toyota yaris....Please comment me back thanks.....

@Boostergts I just saw that damn color code chart a few days ago and it seems to have gone awol again. I believe that the yellow goes to the ignition circuit but it may have been the orange one. You should have received a coding chart in the box the alarm came in. As for your lighting problem. You said headlights. Did you mean park lights? If you connected up to the headlights instead of the park lights that could be the issue with the light blinking constantly.

@Boostergts Oh yeah! If I remember correctly, only 1 of the white wires is needed on U.S. and Japanese vehicles. The second wire is used on European vehicles. (Left side and right side or front and rear I am not sure.) Try disconnecting one of the wires and let me know if this stops your blinking light issue.

I shot this vid after figuring out the double ground. Then I ended up using the wire for another project and never did get my alarm installed. Right now Im in the middle of a huge mobile home installation project The wiring inspector is coming out later this week, Then I hafta get PUD to power it up and bury the hole so I have a driveway again.. Its snowing like Hell froze over her but as soon as I can get my crap together and my head stops spinning in circles I will let U know.

i got the car wired with an alarm already(viper) and my lights used to flash when i hit the lock and unlock buttons but all of a sudden it stopped workin... theyre hella cool cuz i have cool lights... how do i get it back lol>?
