@rOniLos yes. it does for me anyways, i like to use an old card instead because it does the same job without scratching your plate, check out my video, it has loads of tips for konad nail art!

@stepperz1024 regular polish does work but not as well as the special Konad nail art polish:)

If you want your nails to dry fast (I mean REALLY FAST!!) here's a tip: fill the sink with water (or any recipient big enough for your hands to fit) and put your hands in it for about 15/30 seconds. Take them off, make sure the nail polish is dry, and dry them with your towel. ^_^
