  • If Clint Eastwood's legacy is summed up in one film, it's this one. J. Hobermon got it right when he wrote in his book "The Dream Life" that 'Dirty Harry' was "the movie that ended the 60's in America" considering what was going on in 1971 to the U.S. and to 'DH' 's city setting that changed America: San Francisco. Here it is 40 years later and we're still stuck in the 1960's paranoia.
