I got hooked on ross' training cos its fun and hard. a few of my mates were interested when i told them about it. this is the results from after two weeks. we're still very unfit but we are getting there slowly. we are pretty unfit and could barely finish it the first week.

  • hey not bad actually. weve been doing rosses training for our muay thai and submission wrestling conditioning for about a year now....keep it up youl get in killer shape

  • oh and thát sand bag toss is more in the hip pop than the arms keep your elbows almost locked and try to let your arms hang loose until you have to use them
