You obviously never watched the movie then. well first hallelujah plays during the sex scene because he is finally having sex with her, bob dylans times are changing fits the begining because it is showing the changes through the times to start off the film and obviously dr manhattan is mellow because it is too show that he is losing all connection to the human race because he is better than them all and he knows it and obviously rorschach is the best he is kick ass
