I just hate when a the strong preys on the weak especialy pregnant women. this guy "steve", if i were there i would seeing him yellin' & man handling his wife like that..i'll pull him off of her & show him to the door.

5:20 steve he doesn't love her as a wife.. mary just a possession to him, it's not right at all treat her like that need to be put in jail for it.

@b75s There's no doubt in my mind he did. Its rather ridiculous to think a young man would be celibate for 7 years. But it was Mary Kay he married. And they are still married. People have commented they know them and that they are a nice couple.

@terrelya83 $100 say Vili had sex with other females without a condom while Mary K was in jail. The movie never expresses that, but it doesn't take a detective Virgil Tibbs to see it, sad that Mary K didn't see it. Vili, the typical teenage lover boy, nothing more.

when i was 13 and my dad found out i was messing around with a 30ish year old teacher he would have giving me props but im sure he would have told me to use condoms

the teacher comes out of the house and the mom doesn't think anything of it? that husband of hers was all in the wrong for pushing her like that, especially since she's pregnant & the fact that her children were right there.

God's sake! the kid is 13! he shouldn't be having sex at all at 13! no one has said anything about teen sex being the issue as well as the molestation & i believe he has had previous sex partners.
