Just another rigid hardware like the IPad and IPhone. How about a small built-in projector for expandable HD display and a good size touch pad for user interface to replacing the expensive and heavy power consumption LED touch screen?

The blackberry 8520 had a better trackpad, play - fast forward - rewind buttons on the top, the battery life was better.. and then they the 8900 was released?
