@elnino9thekid it is, and considering he had snake charmer and up all night chords pretty much set in stone, its weird to think that they really just picked up where they left off with this new album, well other then the 2 songs from WDNTW that mark said were brought to a blink rehearsal before they disbanded

That was on a Audio CD which came with a Guitar Magazine here in Germany, i was the one who uploaded it into the internet that time. There are also scans of the pages which shows the notes etc.
