It is Agni Parthene, or, Oh Virgin Pure, sometimes, Rejoice O Bride Unwedded.
It is the akathist hymn to the Theotokos, and as greek and coptic are similar, the words may not be so odd feeling in there. I am not exactly sure when this was written, I think 7th century.
