Some interesting ideas but 1) you're not squatting deep enough and 2) you're wearing COMPLETELY the wrong shoes which is a terrible recommendation.

From a personal training perspective, 1. 90 degrees is a perfect angle for a beginner to squat mainly to protect the knees and start to develop the core, and 2. beginners are not going to have specialist footwear for kettlebells so any trainer that gives comfort and support is ideal
