Educated 20- and 30-somethings are flocking to live downtown in the country's largest cities, according to USA Today. Even in Detroit, where the population shrank by 25% since 2000, young and educated residents grew by 59%. We examine this trend and the corresponding young entrepreneurial spirit in the heart of Detroit.
