  • "If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered."

  • What pisses me off is when I see the inside of homes of people who are in foreclosure and they have really expensive appliance and furniture. Maybe if you bought a cheaper house and with laminate countertops instead of mable with a gourmet stainless steel dishwasher and stove and held on buying the huge flat-screen, leather couch and expensive paintings, you might be able to afford your house today.

  • DO you think for one goddam minute that these large banks care about who they hurt and if you can get back on your feet. Wake up it is all , always ,and forever about the money you don't pay you cannot play. Wall street and the banks have absolutely no interest in anything other than the bottom line . And the elected officials of this country are deluded opportunists riding a greed wave hollering lies to who ever is stupid enough to listen.

  • The prices are going to have to come down, considering the amount of foreflosed home on and off the market.

  • @HOCnews Tell em

  • Japanese banks took YEARS to write off their duff loans. Bravo for the US banks trying to get this stage in the "recovery" over with much sooner.

  • I've heard stories of bank staff actually trying to enter your occupied home before forclosure is finalized.. my reccomendation is to buy a gun and be prepared to take a life. they enter your home before its finalized its trespassing and you've the full right to protect your property and person. maybe by wiping a few of these crooks off this earth they'll get the hint to stop FUCKING people over. meh.. thats just my opinion.
