A local South Carolina news channel covered the Foundation's offer of free legal assistance to workers at the Boeing Dreamliner plant, who could lose their jobs because of an under-the-table NLRB power grab.

I'm so glad that this news station is a CBS affiliate! If it were a Fox News story the roaches would come out of the woodwork in an effort to discredit it. NLRB has sued Boeing now, and the lawyers on both sides will make a pocketful either way. I think attorneys who would involve themselves in bringing forth such action as this should be fined or disbarred for a period of time if they don't prevail. There MUST be consequences for frivolous litigation, and this one is insane.

@carlindelco There isn't much difference between socialism & fascism. The main difference is that socialism takes direct control over the economy & fascism controls the economy through regulation which is what FDR did.

@carlindelco America has been a fascist nation since FDR. We need to restore the Constitution to its rightful place as the supreme law of the land and the governor of the federal government. That's why the freedom movement going on is so important.

If Boeing or if any company can be REFUSED to move where it wants, we are NOT a free society. That is fascism. If a state wants FORCED unionization , they are FREE to have it. If a company wants to build in a FREE society, it has the right to do so. This is an example of consequences . Something liberals have NEVER learned. It's high time they do!!

Can this failure of a president discredit himself anymore? This man represents the bottom of the barrel, the worst of the worst, the greediest of all greedy while working against any American who rejects his corrupt big government solutions.
