@jangleballer So what l gather from your point of view is that the whole of the armed forces are a bunch of murderers and had a choice whether to be deployed or not. That is incorrect. If you are worried about civilians dying in modern wars then you are obviously quite narrow-minded in your assessment of our nation. Did you forget Hiroshima? Civilian casualties are nothing new. At least we don't go out and destroy thousands of people and drop them in mass graves like some nations.

@GRAWpcsucks216 It's not terrible to talk poorly about them. Im sorry, the excuse of "I was just doing what I was told" wears thin after a while. My spouse is with the city police and has had to stand up the department many times over the year when they were doing something wrong. I was 'in their place', I just realized that US foriegn policy is imperialism and would be a murderer by joining-so i didn't join. I try to give respect to the many good people of the USA-not these people.

I also believe something about 9/11 was very, very odd. However it's terrible to talk poorly about the soldiers who are ordered to fight for the country. Put yourself in their place and don't take anything for granted. If you are unable to do that, then you must carry out a rotten existence indeed.
