LED Display C#(C Sharp) Part 3

My new project is a simulation of a LED Grid Display, using a multidimesional array. The custom control draws colored circles as LEDs or pixels. I explain the code and show you a couple cool tricks and tips. This code is free for you to download at my website once i am done. Program Features: LED Display Color Changing LED Color Grid (SolidBrush[,] (multidimensional array)) ***I actually forgot to explain why I made the On_Click event change the color of the LED you click... I did it for 2 reasons, 1 to make the images easier so they can be saved. 2 to explain the color detection boolen 'once' what happens is if you set it to true then aclick on the grid the prorgam will ignore the black LED because it wont reset it's variables. great! now make it so you load a picture and it displays it on the grid. and i dont mean a custom picture. I mean like download a jpg from internet and display it.
