  • @ImperialistRunningDo That's the problem, they try to recruit "calley the callous" as much as they could, and get rid "man who knew what's right and wrong"

  • Even you and your fellow warriors not here anymore , your memory will always live. You and your men bravery and righteousness will always live, my brothers. Wish i could be on your side till the end.... Memories of you and you fellow warriors will live forever my brothers. For you are truly honorable men, true warrior

  • @ImperialistRunningDo

The "funny" thing is, Nixon amnestied Calley after a few years of house arrest.

You´´re right we need more Thompson´s...

  • THAT man is a hero. And not this stupid rednecks in afghanistan and iraq today.

  • Hero.

  • God bless Mr Thompson. May he rest in peace.

  • My hat is off to Mr. Thompson(r.i.p.), however, as bad as this behaviour from American troops was and always will be seen for what it was, cold blooded murder, I think it is well past time to include all the horrendous atrocities commited by VC and NVA forces.3000 civilians in Hue and 500,000 right after the fall of Saigon. Why are these atrocities nearly never spoken of let along documentaries made for the public regarding them? I think that is a question that needs to be asked.

  • I'm glad I never met Hugh Thompson Jr, in person. I think I'd just get all teary-eyed and not be able to string two words together and make a fool out of myself. William Calley, now, there's a lot of things I'd like to tell that man. None of them are very nice.

Why is Calley still alive and Thompson dead? We need more Thompsons in this world. We have more Calleys than we know what to do with.

  • true hero

  • great man
