Any orange belt should know the difference between a spin hook and a spin heel. Let alone a 3rd degree. That's what a spin heel looks like.

almost 3 years later and it still looks like shit. More so now.

Mr. Burninator,
I myself am a 4th degree black belt from the family of the Eun's (Korea Champion Fighters) and I say that even if you think that this kick is easy it doesn't matter. He is 9 you are 3 I'm pretty you he would take your head off with that kick while you be getting embarrassed by doing some "noobish" jumping front snap kick.

@theburninator9 crenshwone is right, A hook kick cocks the leg like a side kick, then kicks out, the "hooks" around.

He's a Grand Master. Respect him.

LOL!! Great reply sir! LOL Google yourself... LOL

Or pop in to McNeely's studio in Dallas, Tx. You'll never see the kick to determine what it actually is.. this man is fast and World class Tae Kwon Do.
As a third degree, you ought to have more respect than to smart off to high ranks.

Mr. Burninator,
You are not listening/reading the reply. Master Whitlow is doing a spinning heal board break. Yes, a spinning hook does bend the knee. I have to use spinning hook b/c motorcycle accident. Regardless, your talking smack to the Pro's... Google: McNeely...then Google: yourself.
Drive on over to Murfeesburo and explain it to Whitlow..I'm sure he'll listen to a 3rd degree.

As a matter of fact.... I do. I will post some soon of Whitlow. I do have a few older fights posted, one with Thomas Chesterfield and one with Randy Parker. Take care! Bill
