Strange Snow?

Western North Carolina, where drought has been severe, finally got some precipitation. I show you what the first falling snow looks like as it hits the window. Looks like there was more than just snow coming from the sky.

So freaken obvious what the US Government is doing. But then again they do everything to us right in plain site. I will tell you that whenever they sprayed in Los Angeles, I could count on my Latino frineds to get sick. As soon as I saw it, I started noticing my Latino friends getting sick. When they "sprayed, I would tell them..."you'll be sick in a day or so..." and sure enough, they were. I don't know why it effected the Latino population, but it happened like clockwork. I moved to Tennessee, only to find they are spraying here as well.

@ HousbinPharteen1 ... I must disagree with all 3 of your explanations. I believe it IS sinister and they are NOT spraying themselves. Info being compartmentalized, those doing the spraying are either uninformed of what they're spraying or, more probable, they are covert (CIA) or foreign pilots. I do consider the Climate Change to be more plausible as "the global elitists" are looking to prove it exists so as to collect carbon taxes to fill their own coffers at the expense of the common man.

Not sure if I believe its something sinister. They are spraying themselves to. So I would say the answer can only be 2 things.

A. We fucked up the climate and now have to use artificial means to live on this planet. (Which makes sense with all the climate talk)( which is bad bad news.)

B. They are trying to block our view of something. (which is bad bad news)
