  • Hello Derrick:

So, you actually want me to think about these questions? Very cool, my brain will mull it over while in theta this very evening...good night....ZzzzzzzzzZ. -E BTW, I enjoy your videos very much, keep them coming!

Jensen fixates on the dams, but like he says, there's so much work to be done, we can all pick something we like and dive in. However, I don't think he's blow up a dam without checking to see who's living in the flood zone underneath. There's thousands of smaller dams that wouldn't kill anybody if they were breached. Point is, LOTS of work to do, no sense arguing over which is the most important, just find what YOU'RE good at and roll up your sleeves.

  • @UglyFacet Let's focus on oil companies, banks, corporations, and such. And if you do kill a civilian, make sure they drive a hummer!

  • @UglyFacet Kill the cops, they are all pieces of shit who abuse their power at one point or another, if not their entire career.

The government is the one who kills civilians, like they did in 9-11 and Oklahoma City. I think if a person finds the right target he can be justified in a few civilians dying, if enough politicians and COE's go down with them. But the ratio has to be big. Knocking down dams is not the answer, you're only going to kill civilians.

I agree completely that I'd rather see crooked politicians under the knife but it rarely plays out that way. Countless institutions are in place to shield the real culprits from the consequences of their crimes, so it plays out differently in the streets.

A cop is just some blue collar guy doing his job on the one hand, and on the other hand, they're agents of state oppression that attempt to monopolize the use of force. Obviously no-one here is advocating killing "innocents".

  • @UglyFacet look, violence should never reach civilians. it should be directed toward crooked politicians and nasty corporations who make slaves of the ordinary laborer,

who is killing our economy and free trade agreements. the little man should prevail without killing innocent people.

  • @sleepyhouse3 Violence isn't inherently positive or negative. It's a tool and it's utility is entirely dependent on the user. Jensen spends dozens of pages explaining how we're all so used to talking about violence with this false duality.

Violence = bad, peace = good. It's a stupid oversimplification.

You can't say anything intelligent until you factor in what violence, why, and by who, to what end?

If a woman shoots her would-be rapist, I see nothing wrong with that violence.
