@ColbyKang that's fucking retarded. why should a driver be responsible for a pet being let loose? there's a reason why leash laws are enforced for dogs. same principle goes for any other pets that are free to roam. if a cat bites someone and gives them an infection, the family should pay for their medical bills right?

@ColbyKang In most cases with cats, its usually not the fault of the driver. As was this case. The driver actually stopped and told us about it. He said he was sorry. There was nothing he could do. I accepted his apology and he went along his way.

God... why did I bury my cat in a 100+ year old doll trunk worth about $200. A shoe box maybe...no box perhaps...oh well he was a special cat .
