If the cassette you're referring to is the same one my younger brothers played over and over again, then yes: Prairie also did a skit with Grover about the letter Q:
"Now here is a Question, a Question for you - - and once more the answer will start with a Q"
She sang this song while playing the guitar, and Grover flubbed every answer; at the end she huffed "Grover, I've had QUITE enough - I QUIT!"
This skit appeared both in the sound casstte and in the real show!

Did Prarie Dawn do other skits before that? If I find that cassette the Muppet Alphabet cassette which was missing for about 20 years now, I'll play that track to scare my stepsister Madison with the mouse part due to Prarie Dawn's reference.
