"I haven't been able to unpack." Why? Lazy? Need to vacuum. The things that are wrong that I could see were very minor. The exterior? A little cleaning and a touch up of paint. Now the buckled shelves, yeah. Those need fixing. A missing knob? 50 cents. The biggest thing wrong I see is the cleanliness of the home by the tenant. A drawer missing. Yes, that needs fixing.
