GM restoring Hacked WoW account

READ THIS IF YOUR ACCOUNT GOT HACKED & BANNED:
1. You can call Blizzard through the phone, which is the best way.
2. You can contact them on a Webform, which may take a while but is fine as well

When contacting Blizzard on either the phone, be ready to have the following:
1. All your CD-keys if possible.
2. Your passport
3. Last used prepaid gamecard OR Credit Card

Yay, after waiting 30 hours, I finally got my password reset so I could log in to my hacked account, when I got in I naturally sent a ticket to a GM to make him know that I was online and if he could restore my gear as I had lost quiet alot, I wasn't expecting to get my gold back though.

10minutes went and a GM responded, it seemed like he had already done my characters on Sylvanas and while working on my account he saw my ticket :D

And I even got a GM joke:

"Whats the difference between 1000 dead gnomes and a spectral tiger mount?"
....
"I dont have a spectral tiger mount in my stables *EVIL LAUGH*"

How did you get hacked in the first place? I've played wow for 6-7 yrs and I never got hacked. I only used addons from curse.com and never shared my pw.

@MrMojoART School laptop with a very bad, and somehow out of date, and disabled anti-virus shield that my friend managed to get a keylogger on, which tracked my password, Not my fault really :(

@AceFedora2011 Just because you play WoW, doesn't mean you don't play any other game, personally I play and have played all the CoDs, almost all of the BF games, WC3, SC2, LoL, SWTOR, AoE, AoE2, AoM, and all the CS games since 1.4, LOTRO and lots of other games :)

:( I updated all virus scanners changed my passwords to where they were hard as hell to pull up...and never used a addon and still got hacked lol...after a while I just gave up, someone over on the other side of the world just has it out for me.

I just got hacked too, lost over 80k gold. 5 level 85 characters with all there armour gone. and for some reason they tryed to xfer my characters to another realm, using there credit card...
