I like the video -- I have the same camera and am going to try out the time lapse... quick question -- what did you use to mount the camera in your car?

I mounted the camera on a Slik sprint pro tripod and tied a couple of ropes around it to secure it in place while I was driving.

im getting this camera for christmas, was this on highest quality? anyway, do you recomend the camera?

Youtube compresses video when you upload it. The original video is definitely higher quality than this. I would recommend this camera as a decent standard-resolution camcorder, and I would definitely recommend it if you're interested in time lapse photography.

It was 14 miles each way, and it took about 20 minutes to drive each way.
