thanks for all your info. Youare wonderful. i dropped 9 pounds since starting shots on monday and vlcd since wed. I am excited. one questions where is the best place to always do your shots. Stomach, arm , leg and what if you hit a vein. I did my stomach today and I noticed that it was very close to a vein and now it's a little blue near it. It could be a bruise but it showed up very quickly. Is that normal.

I always inject in the stomach, that is just what I prefer. You gave yourself a bruise it sounds like, not a biggy, I have gotten a few bruises. Don't give injection in the very same spot, change it up on the stomach if that is where you're giving it.
