today im cooking bitter milllon,
we need 3 to 4 tomatos
3 to 4 onions
genger,garlic
1 cup ground beef
half cup oil
half tsp red chlli
half tsp qeumenseed
half tsp garam masala
half tsp turmeric
salt
1 tes redchilli
Cooking on open fire is really good. It gives a great taste to the dish. When the world began, everyone cooked on open fire. As time went by, people forgot that. Now days everyone cooks on stove or they bake or even buy instant food. I tried to bring back how people used to cook.

My wife is expert in making Keema Keralay but she is privilaged enough to get ready to cook karalays from the freezer .But during cooking process one should be careful in adding salt becuse already washed in saltish water karalas can become more saltish and cosequently harmful for blood pressure patients. Unj tusan v bare wadiya keema karalay pakaye nein. Swad aa gya a !
