Kaoniaw! It is in a Shan state (Tai Yai). It is part of Burma Federation. In case if you don't know. Lao, Thai and shan are the same Tai people. Lao are called Tai noi, Thai are Great Tai and Shan are Tai yai. Shan are living in Sipsongpanna, Yunan prefecture - China. Of couse about 7 millions Shan live in Shan State inside Burma.
