Feb '05 ride from Muswell Hill to end of line and then back again to the end at London Bridge set to 'Take the A-Train'. Originally labelled as 134 bus. I believe that was the route number at the time. A good person pointed out it is now the 43.

Watch 'THE SPIRIT OF LONDON' video a posted to you.
I use to live at 1.40 in your footage (Tile Kiln Lane), close to the ARCH itself (from Archway) and made the animation inpired by 137, 144 and 43 (check it out at the beginning of the animation. the bus stop on the left (at the in point 1:40) was the one I use to step up and down. Hope you enjoy it!

At 45 seconds into the video you see the bus approaching Friern Barnet town hall and turning right (which the 43 does). The 134 route turns left towards Finchley

Hi. I'm a London bus driver and have driven both routes 43 and 134. Thats definietly a route 43 as a road sign clearly shows Highbury Corner, which is served by the 43 and not the 134. And no, the routes have not changed (other than the Friern Barnet end) for since I started driving them 20 years ago. Sorry Pocopomo, its 100% a 43, route 134 has NEVER served Highbury Corner!
