Pre Amp for PA (03)

I Have bought a cheap Pre Amp so I can Blast Music at People or Shout Messages to the people I drive past or drive next to......

Any advice on this is welcome.....

@kubikop Neither can I, cant believe how many items you got for a fraction of what they was being sold at lol.

I wish I had got a lot of stuff I wasn't sure about. Next time if I think I might use it, im gettin it just incase.
