@Sokan1993 of course it matters, he has better skills, better reflexes than the average driver (me or you), not to mention that his car stops from 100 to 0 in a considerably less distance than a normal car. btw trafic rules were made over 30 years ago for the cars of that age (no abs, esp, grippy tires)
