New MUGEN Tag-Team

I haven't posted in a while because of many problems.
1. A TON of schoolwork nowadays.
2. Lack of a reliable internet connection.
3. PC Cleanup

Finally I have made a video. This tag-team code enables (most) regular mugen characters to fight in a tag-team similar to the Marvel VS series. It also supports things such as using you partner as a helper, ability to heal when not active, and use both super moves at the same time.
