if i understand you - yes this GTI is veru fast, but R32 faster :)

btw, R32 is 4wd and 250 hp.

GTI is fwd and only 200hp + DSG (its really good)

My GTI MK.V E30 - 230 loves thrashing OPC's.. The VW with 230 bhp (stage 1 revo now @ 255 bhp) is faster in the straight line,but it's on the real roads that the VW shows whose the Daddy between these 2 superb cars

@3dule I couldn't agree more. A sports compact with four doors is plain ridiculous. The GTI has evolved into a pussy car, sorry to say that.
