Turkey Pineapple Curry over Rice!

Leftovers don't top everyone's "Must Have" list for after the Holidays...

Make them into a fantastic Spicy (or not) Curry that will really taste great warm over some rice!

You can also use Carving Board type Lunch Meat and make a quick dinner anytime!

This curry flavored dish will go great on a buffet, let your guests serve themselves from dishes over heating elements.
