He's a great mix of a showman and a smooth preacher. Watch carefully some of his videos (Age is only a number, which is certainly not true), the speech is lip-synched, or dubbed. Still he is a genuine fitness buff, and does keep in great shape. He seems to be able to talk on any medical stuff, memorizing the summaries prepared by his research assistant. He is no medical doctor, and his PhD was obtained by correspondance (on coffee!). He wants to make you feel good, and he succeeds. ROO BOOKAROO

Great point! Even Gary can't deny that genetics is so important in health. I have a wonderful African American boss who eats very poorly and drinks soda but her face and skin tone are phenomenal.

Of course if you eat poorly you will eventually suffer.

Wow, How did you get Gary to call you? I e mail him frequently and he never answers. For the most part I respect him but I disagree with some of his views. Also this may sound petty but he speaks so softly I can't understand half of what he says. Take Care.
