Dance Party Friday - Vacation can't stop DPF

On Fridays at 5:45AM when the roads are clear, the Dance Party begins on Local 12's Good Morning Cincinnati. Bob Herzog was on vacation on this particular Friday, but even the allure of sleeping in could not keep him away from the festivities. Sure, Jen Dalton was ready, willing and able to tackle Dance Party Friday on her own. Still, Bob couldn't resist a surprise visit.

Wow Bentom86, way to be a killjoy. They cover the traffic issues if there are any...otherwise, why not have a little fun? Certainly nothing wrong with having fun at work.

For those who commented on here previously, and who LIKE what Bob does : My sisters and I are making a push for Local 12 Cincinnati to give Bob Herzog his OWN talk/variety show. It would certainly make a pleasant change from 99% of the programming foisted on us by the national affiliates. @Bentom86 dance party friday occupies 2-3 minutes of a morning broadcast at 5:45am during the time they would normally do the traffic report if by chance there was no traffic to report. It is merely an entertaining portion of an otherwise completely informative news broadcast

These people can break out the party favors and limbo stick for all I care. My only point is it doesn't belong on a show called "News 12 at 6" or whatever it is. If they want to do this corny, self-indulgent Morning Zoo sort of TV, then just give the show a different title..."The Cincinnati Morning Hoedown" or something like that.
