When observing gait patterns, if the tendency of the body weight is to remain more on one side, this is called limb dominance. In this video, Liz from drblakeshealingsole.com demonstrates left sided limb dominance due to a long left side. 80% of adults are dominant to their long side, and 20% are dominant to their short side.
