Really think the Dr Pepper people were really dumb not to use this in a commercial. I am not sure if this one was recorded before or after the Folgers commercial but if it was after it was even more insanely stupid not to use. Damn wish Folgers would either repeat or get Rockapella to redo that commercial ;)

Close, Barry is with XRP (Ex-Rockapella), it's a group that consisted of the 1990 line-up that was in the "Spike Lee & Co. Do It Acapella" documentary. Those group members are Sean Altman, Steve Keyes, Elliot Kerman, and the legendary bass, Barry Carl. But XRP has only been around for AcapellaStock 2008, and one other performance that was an earlier performance in New York.

Dr. Pepper contracts out to both Coke and Pepsi. Depending on the area Dr. Pepper may either be serviced by Coke or Pepsi. :)
