Turns out that Green Tea extract may help you torch more fat during your workout.

This is straight out of The University of
Birmingham.

Participants were given a Green Tea Supplement before moderate exercise.

They burned 17% more body fat as fuel
than the control who did not use the supplement.

VERY NICE.

  • ive heard green tea extract could give you cancer... not real green tea, but the extract, like in the pills and stuff

  • @DarlingKayaI haven't found evidence of green tea extract supplements causing cancer. Green tea should not be used when taking boronic acid-based proteasome inhibitors such as BZM, MG-262, and PS-IX." So, in this case they may interfere with cancer-related medications, but it doesn not show a causal relationshiip with cancer.

  • I agree with the effects of green tea. I 've tried myself too..

    there is no doubt it burns more calories.. B U T ..it also increases appetite crazy high. So you propably end up with more calories than those you burned..

    how do you combat the increased hunger effect related to increased metabolism ?

  • @escafallen I beg to differ...last year, I was 174/5 after sustaining an ab tear & having surgery. I was never gut-ripped, but I'm slender, except my belly. I drank 2-3 8oz. cups of organic green tea and lost 12 in a month and a half by flexing my abdominals while walking-that's it. Tea must be steeped for 15-20 minutes minimum to get the full strength. Try it, plus good green tea is great for the digestive tract and is definitely an antioxident.

  • @ravemaste545 better using the extract pills . ull need to drink about 2 liters of lipton XD wich has sugar in it so wont help
