    You don't do the concentric part on the injured tendon wow. LIFT WITH THE UNINJURED TENDON.

    You do not start these exercises until there is no inflammation and until the scar tissue has matured. You can tell that the scar tissue has matured when the tendon no longer feels stiff. FYI scar tissue is collagen type III, it is the end product of the healing response. Visit a PT that does active release.
