Dusty is a horse that the his current owners bought from an out of state ad online for a 15 h Quarter horse.... he is actually a gaited horse! He measures on the stick at 15.1 1/2 at his withers, but he seems so much bigger! They decided to spent some time with him and he trailers, ties, stands well for the farrier, has plenty of "go" and "woa" . They have enjoyed riding him in small groups, but when they went on a trip with 20-30 horses, he became unsettled and was more horse than his owner wanted to ride and so she got off and walked. Much of the riding this family does is in large groups, so they want to find him a home that will enjoy him in a way that he is more comfortable. He can be seen in Parker, Colorado. When he is around all the other horses, what exactly does he do? Does he just get hot and snorty, Does he try to run off? Does he kick at the other horses? Is he 7 years old for sure? He isn't registered, is he? He is a lovely horse and it seems you have done a great job with him on his ground manners.
