This is a bald faced lie. The study says the 11 times number was for hallucinogens and not pot. This study was also discredited. Children of Parents irradiated at Hiroshima were only twice as likely to get Leukemia.

The harm to society that comes from illegal drug use stems from its illegal status, not from the actual usage. Do you think alcohol and tobacco should be criminialized? They're demonstrably more harmful than other drugs, yet they're legal.
